Glamour Session Thoughts.....
Hello everyone.
It's Thursday and we've gotten our first snow of the year. Since I 'm not in the studio today, I wanted to share my thoughts on something.
Over the last 10 years as a professional photographer, I have learned to enjoy the process of capturing the image as much as the final product.
The most rewarding thing that I see is the transformation of my "Moms" that come in.
Most Moms are stressed out, under appreciated, and have forgotten how it feels to do something just for them.
When most Moms start their session they are nervous, shy and generally not confident.
With the graceful help of Keicha Boston, my assistant and the client's concierge, we slowly transform our client into a confident, beautiful person who just can't stop smiling by the time the session is over.
We do that by creating an environment in which our clients are calm, comfortable and confident in and by treating them with the up most respect.
I believe that everyone deserves to opportunity take the time to rediscover the beauty inside of them.
At Chris Revis Photography, that is our ultimate goal.
Thanks for reading.

Being a Mom is a hard job. I just so happen to be a single Mom of 2 beautiful girls (ages 8 & 9). I am constantly on the go, gymnastics, science projects, birthday parties etc. It's rare that I do anything rewarding for myself. Honestly, I just don't have the energy after my day to day duties are taken care of.
I take care of my body, eat healthy, excercise when I can but when I look in the mirror, SEXY usually doesn't come to mind.
I had the most rewarding Saturday I've had in a VERY long time. Chris & his assistant Keicha reminded me that I am "One Hot Moma"! I was nervous at the beginning of my session, but it didn't take long at all before I felt very comfortable. Chris talked me through the different poses....he gently directed me into the looks and expressions that were the most flattering for me. He and Keicha were both very successful in making me feel warm and at home in their studio.
This was the first time I'd had my picture taken, since High School. Now, I can't wait to do it again!
I recommend to all my friends, to all Moms in general, do something for yourself. Go see Chris and see how your self image can be changed!
Thanks Chris & Keicha!
